Hello,

I'm Abi. I'm meticulous, curious, and creative, and I have a passion for social justice and writing. But you can discover that for yourself by browsing my portfolio. Instead, whilst you’re here, let me tell you a little more about myself. 

 

I have an MA in Social Research (specialising in Gender Studies), and a BA in Creative Writing (joint specialisation in Creative Nonfiction and Translation Studies). 

 

My biggest weakness is that I am incapable of ‘sleeping on it’:  I can’t rest until I get to the bottom of something: a question, a task, the box of chocolate biscuits.  

 

I’m originally from France, but I’m lactose intolerant so after turning down one too many plates of cheese and accompanying glasses of red wine, I ended up on the other side of the Channel. Since I am based in the U.K., the majority of the work I do is in English. Don’t worry, though, I’m still fluent in French, so if you’re looking for a bilingual copywriter, editor, or French-to-English translator, I might just be your gal.
